Agreements control

All services are governed by a signed partnership agreement. Where any statement on this website conflicts with the signed agreement, , the signed agreement controls, including attribution methodology, performance compensation, term and payment terms.

Pricing

Advertising spend is separate from agency and wholesale management fees. Third-party software, SMS/email usage, special integrations and other pass-through costs may be separately billed where applicable. Suggested Realtor retail figures are advisory positioning only; reseller partners set their own client pricing.

No performance guarantee

Marketing performance depends on market, offer, budget, creative, competition, sales execution and other variables. We do not guarantee leads, appointments, customers or revenue.
