Suggested retail pricing

Suggested Realtor retail pricing is advisory positioning only. Reseller partners determine their own final client pricing and are responsible for their own client agreements, billing and service commitments.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend is always separate from agency management fees and wholesale fulfillment fees.

Performance compensation

Hybrid performance compensation of 15% applies only to qualifying new attributable collected media-service revenue. Existing customers, unrelated referral or organic customers, taxes, refunded revenue, chargebacks and Realtor Paid Growth reseller revenue are excluded. The exact contractual calculation is governed by the signed agreement.
