We don't believe a media company should keep paying a management fee while an acquisition system fails to cover it. And we won't build the same system for a direct competitor in a secured city while a partnership is active and in good standing.
Every decision should point back to the same question: is the system creating qualified opportunities and attributable collected revenue?
Fee protection, territory boundaries, eligibility and attribution are governed by the signed agreement.
